What we believe

Five values. One operating system.

Values only matter if you can see them in action. These five are not aspirational statements on a wall — they are how the firm hires, works, gives feedback, and decides which clients to take. Each comes with the questions we ask ourselves to stay honest about living it.

1

Unrelenting Curiosity

Context is king.

We dig deeper than comfortable and question what everyone else accepts.

The generic answer is almost always the wrong one. So we research beyond the obvious, seek out the perspectives that contradict our own, and say “I don’t know” out loud — followed by “but I’ll find out.” Assumptions get tested, not treated as facts.

Questions we ask ourselves

What have I learned this week that changed my thinking?

Am I researching to confirm what I already think — or to discover what I don’t know?

2

Systems Thinking

Crack the code, not the empire.

We see the whole picture before solving the parts.

Markets, regulators, buyers and channels form a system — and changing one piece changes the others. We map stakeholders before proposing anything, trace problems to root causes rather than treating symptoms, and ask what else breaks if this works perfectly.

Questions we ask ourselves

Am I solving the right problem — or the obvious problem?

If this works perfectly, what else might break?

3

Constructive Contrarians

Precision over polish.

We engineer breakthrough thinking through method and radical candour.

We tell you what’s true, not what’s comfortable — and we do it with structure, not attitude. That means naming the bias in the room, asking what would need to be true for the opposite view to be right, and preferring the exact answer to the smooth one.

Questions we ask ourselves

What would need to be true for the opposite to be right?

Have I said the hard thing — or just the acceptable thing?

4

Operators Not Consultants

Revenue is the verdict.

We are measured by what happens in the market, not by the report we leave behind.

We don’t write the deck and disappear. We’re in the room when the meeting happens, we adjust when reality changes, and we stay until the signed customers, pilots and partnerships exist — because those were the point all along.

Questions we ask ourselves

What changed in the client’s market because of this work?

Would I stake the fee on this outcome?

5

Curated Belonging

Perspective matters.

We bring together a deliberately diverse set of people, because the best answers come from more than one vantage point.

Ten partners, nine cities, multiple sectors and native languages — assembled on purpose. Crossing a border is this firm’s whole subject, and a partnership that has lived on both sides of one sees what a single vantage point cannot.

Questions we ask ourselves

Whose perspective is missing from this table?

Are we comfortable because we agree — or because we’re right?

See the values at work.

The approach is where these become visible: fit before commitment, an assessment scored without flattery, and a programme measured in market outcomes.

How can we help?

Every engagement starts with your ambition, not our services. Tell us where you want to win in the US, and we’ll tell you honestly whether — and how — we can help you get there.
